Finance & Accounting Process Consultant

Szczecin

The Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Improvements of processes in AR or Finance Process Development area
  • Supporting team members in implementation of initiatives and increasing quality standards
  • Resolve customer queries related to relevant processes
  • Support in measuring tasks and processes performance
  • Supporting  projects related to the transition of General Accounting activities into the Shared Service Center

The ideal candidate:

  • University degree (preferably in the field of finance, accounting or economy)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience (preferably in SSC/BPO in accounting areas)
  • Fluency in English (other European language will be an asset)
  • Very good analytical skills, good MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of project management will be an asset
  • Command of Sharepoint will be an asset
  • Very good co-operation and communication skills
  • Work experience in systems and process modelling would be an asset
